FSC® Certification
Minelli Group was among the first companies in its sector to obtain Forest Stewardship Council® certification.
FSC® guarantees that the timber we use comes from responsibly managed forests that deliver environmental, social and economic benefits. It protects biodiversity, maintains forest productivity and safeguards ecological processes.

Enel Green Energy Certification
Our commitment continues at production level.
Minelli Group holds the Enel Green Energy Certification, confirming that we use 100% renewable energy sourced from responsible generation processes. This certification reinforces our dedication to reducing environmental impact and supporting a circular industrial model.

Regulatory compliance across markets

At Minelli Group, we comply with all major international regulations governing timber sourcing and chemical safety.
Our processes are designed to ensure full traceability, risk control and regulatory alignment in Europe and the United States.
EUTR 995: the European Union Timber Regulation
The EUTR was introduced to prevent illegally harvested timber from entering the European market.
Minelli Group fully complies with the EUTR. Our raw materials do not originate from high-risk areas, and we use structured due diligence systems to monitor and control our supply chain.
Every imported material is traced in accordance with the Customs Code defined by the revenue authorities, including materials not strictly subject to mandatory control.
The Lacey Act – United States
In the United States, the Lacey Act regulates the trade of plant-based products, including timber.
We comply fully with its requirements. Originally introduced to combat illegal wildlife trafficking, the Act was later extended to include plant materials and established strict penalties for trading illegally sourced wood.
Our sourcing standards ensure that all materials entering the US market comply with these legal obligations.
REACH Regulation
REACH (EC 1907/2006) aims to protect human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemical substances.
Minelli Group has a rigorous internal risk management policy in place to identify and control potential hazards linked to the chemicals used in our processes.
We ensure safe manufacturing conditions and compliant finished products for European markets.
Sustainable logistics: producing closer to the source
Transport logistics have a significant impact on carbon emissions. One of the most effective ways to limit environmental impact is to reduce the unnecessary movement of raw materials.
With production plants in Europe and the United States, where most of our wood is sourced, we manufacture close to the origins of the raw materials. By doing so, we shorten supply routes, lower emissions and increase operational efficiency.
Local production is environmentally responsible and strategically resilient.
