My external form is defined by solid wood (Steamed Beech, Hard Maple, American Walnut or Thermo-treated Ash) paired with precise metal finishes such as matte black, polished chrome or matte gold steel. A controlled architecture that ensures strength, stability and durability.

Inside, my system is designed to adapt. Four interchangeable 10 mm boards slide through beveled slots, enabling smooth and precise movement. Each element is engineered to allow multiple configurations while maintaining alignment and ease of use.

Different materials are integrated within the structure: frames in Cherry, Hickory or Smoked Oak combined with surfaces in Carrara marble, Paperstone, VittEr, glass or brushed Titanium and Stainless Steel. Each combination is selected to support specific food preparation needs, ensuring hygiene, preventing cross-contamination and preserving cutting performance.

I am the result of engineered materials and controlled processes.

Wood species, internal components and surface treatments are defined according to functional requirements. Machining, assembly and finishing are calibrated to ensure precision, durability and dimensional stability across repeated use.

Structural elements such as the closed side and integrated handle are designed to ensure secure handling and consistent usability.
